Refund policy

At Réver & Muse, your satisfaction is our primary inspiration. We understand that finding the perfect piece is a journey, and we are here to ensure that journey is seamless.
The 7-Day Reflection Window
To maintain the exclusivity and pristine quality of our collections, return requests must be initiated within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date (as shown by your tracking information). Once your request is submitted, the items must be shipped back to our atelier within 7 days to qualify for a full refund.
Eligibility for Return
To honor the craftsmanship of our pieces, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
  • Pristine Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original state.
  • Original Packaging: All original tags must be attached, and items must remain in their clear garment packaging with the SKU label intact.
  • Exchanges: To ensure efficiency and quality control, Réver & Muse does not offer exchanges at this time.
The Process
  1. Initiate: Email our concierge team within 7 days of receiving your final package to begin your request.
  2. Ship: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or there was a shipping error.
  3. Process: Please allow 5–7 business days from the day we receive your package for inspection and processing.
  4. Confirm: You will receive a personal email confirmation once your return has been finalized.
Important Notes
  • Restocking Fee: Returns that do not meet the above criteria may be declined or subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Non-Refundable: Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Split Shipments: For orders arriving in multiple packages, your 7-day window begins only after the final package in your order is delivered.
