The Processing Phase
  • Artisanal Review: Please allow 1-3 business days for our team to process your order. Every piece undergoes a final quality inspection before it is carefully placed in our signature bespoke packaging.
  • Order Confirmation: You will receive a personal email with a tracking number as soon as your package begins its journey.
Delivery Timelines
  • Standard Insured Shipping: Most orders arrive within 5–7 business days after processing.
  • Split Shipments: To ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible, orders with multiple pieces may arrive in separate packages. Your 7-day return window will only begin once the final package has been delivered.
Shipping Rates
  • Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on your location.
  • Promotional Shipping: From time to time, we offer complimentary insured shipping on qualifying orders as a gesture of our appreciation.
  • Please note: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Security & Peace of Mind
  • Insured Transit: Every Réver & Muse shipment is fully insured against loss or damage during transit.
  • Damaged Items: In the rare event that your piece arrives with a defect or was damaged during shipping, please contact our concierge at reverandmuse@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the item. We will prioritize a replacement or full refund for you.
